What is the right way to restore a table ?!

I have two database
SRO_VT_SHARD_NEW
SRO_VT_SHARD_OLD

how can i restore a table from OLD to NEW ?! a specific table

i tried some methods, but the tables always are different

I will appreciate all the answers, thanks in advance.
