You will not find one that really gives you the fix. Either you are given any shit that does not work or you are fooled.

There are only two servers besides P4Story that fixed the issues with Windows 10 so far entirely. 5K is not enough either, nor would anyone trade such great amounts over PayPal in this scene.

Tbh, you'll have to find some developers from outside this scene (might be even cheaper) or code it yourself. None is going to sell it any soon.

And ignore the people in this thread, none of them has a fix. Don't let people scam you.
