maybe you have modified the lines in textuisystem.txt ? dunno if this will help you or not but give it a try...
-UIIT_STT_PARTYMATCH_JOIN_REQUEST
-UIIT_STT_PARTYMATCH_JOIN_PROGRESS
- search for those lines on your textuisystem.txt and replace them with the next lines at fix.txt
