Loss of a great 9dragons player

for those who have not heard. I have recently lost a dear friend in the 9D Community.
He started playing 9dragons back in 2007 when acclaim first started. Then he moved onto Gamescampus when the template characters were created after the publishing rights were moved.
His main character (IGN) Was 'Community'. He was a BoT warrior . Extremely respected person in the 9d community. He was well known for helping out new players all the time. A very kind individual.

Here is one of the videos that was posted of him playing alongside a dutch player called 'dutch-rage' a hd healer on Acclaim.

Community has fought a long battle with a form of cancer , which i never asked what form as i thought that was inappropriate. His son contacted me today, informing me of the bad news. He will be truelly missed by myself and i am sure to those who knew him.

I aim to create some sort of event this weekend to commemorate his life on Eclipse.

R.I.P Community you will be missed . My thoughts go with his family and friends on this sad occasion

I think he was in top 10 @ Bardo afaik.

I think what 9D really misses these days are strong community leaders / league leaders / good leagues like Destiny, Storm Riders, No Mercy, United Forces to name a few good Bardo leagues.

Ok destiny was the oldest leagues. Xs generated the league. Then came the bands to conglomerate the 3 fold faction band structures initiated by Xs from pakistan.

dont bull shit about destiny or comments about loyalty. When i see people talk about unity while going damn solo

As for mu friend who lost the battle of lfe,Community will be respected ask Xs from destiny. Community was a dear friend of mine. I was so upset to find out .to see morons making crude and insensitive remarks about a player . thats messed up on that persons reply on epvpers

All I said is that we miss strong leaders/leagues for the community, Hotas was likely one of them, Bones from Storm Riders / Generalul from EternalWinter were 2 PvE oriented Bardo leagues that really made PvE enjoyable, NoMercy was an awesome PvP league.

Having leagues where people of the same nature join together is really amazing.

BTW the leader of SR was Onslaught/Spiritfists, and being someone who was in SR the most influential member IMO was Yoink.

Probably, Yoink was their shao leader afaik, I was not part of SR, so from the outside I knew about Bones as the LM.
