[Help]S4 Account Error

Hello guys, i just wanna ask if some of you are encountering the same problem like mine. well here is my problem

everytime i log in to s4 it says "account error"
i already activated my account and this is almost like the 6th account I made.
and ive tried it with another computer either and I can't get in. ive been searching in Google "my best friend", read some forums and found out that Philippines is IP banned and some other countries in Asia. and its confusing coz my friend who happends to be my neighbor plays the game and he is not encountering some "account error" problem. this is the only place i can look for help guys. need your help.

P.S i only speak in english.

The thing with Alaplaya and Pentavision is that they're lazy bunch of crap.

Theres a thread on the alaplaya forums explaining the reasons behind your error, and the fix is to "change your password" or "type your username with capital letters"

However they don't work at all and after lodging several complaints I'm told my country is IP banned.

..I borrowed a friend's account and can login.

Several MORE complaints later they still won't get my account working.

WTB private server.

Maybe u could login and out in Alaplaya-site several times.(sounds dumb, but may-b helps ^^)
And you could have asked in the Alaplaya Forums ^^

happen same to my account today, just login into website and change pw and login new into game and well-done, it works.

Name:NaMe123 <- write your acc name like this example
password:password

u can dwlnd a ip changer .... IPv6 / IPv4 ... it could help u ;)

LOL, alapalaya is like...not helping at all. here is to clear things out.

im from philipines
i have a neighbor who also plays this game.
last saturday we played in his PC using his account.
I can log in to the webiste
I activated my account
i can't log in to the game.
i already tried the capital letter thing and small letters and its still not working

IF the country's IP is banned then how come my neighbor plays the game without changing his IP.?

IF my account was not activated then how come I can log in to the site.?

I registered about 6 times including my brothers accounts. and still nothing works.

hope there are some PH players out there,

EDIT i already changed my IP using proxy firewall and vidalia bundle. still it doesnt work.
im sure that i changed it coz opened my browser and looked for an IP scan and it says im from germany, meaning my IP changed worked yet i still can't log in.
