And yet it still doesn't work. People cant see my Servers Page, They cant login when Acc,Msg, and Npc work/Sometimes then dont work(Msg server cant connect to Acc server) Etc. Anyone knows how to fix any of these problems it would be greatly appreciated.:)

for the external ip u add in pic tu are wrong..u should put 192.168.2.1 and for alternate IP left it blank..after pinish push that advance button add your External IP there..if your router have a DMZ Host put your computer IP there..

Off-topic: Anyone can lookup wolf-online.servegame.org, and get the IP it points to... 74.13.129.188.

On-topic:When you setup your router are all those ports listed pointed at 192.168.2.17?

No it's supposed to point to that IP. I was just making sure it was. Have you tried disabling any software firewalls?

change your ip to external ip in the ip setting..to make it available put the external ip at the first line at tcp/ip setting and below put the 192.168.2.17...both submask must 255.255.255.0..don't forget to add the second ip below (192.168.2.17) at the tcp/ip if not you won't able to access the internet..hope it work..

well , good luck with placing a sub net mask of 255.255.255.0

255.255.255.0 = 255 differend ip's , and you got only 1 ip assigned , going work great o.O

255.255.255.255 <--- thats 1 ip
255.255.255.248 <--- 13 ip's
255.255.255.0 <-- 255 ip's

then to answer the dns i readed above

NEVER change that , because the dns are name servers to identifie the websites you are visiting
so if you got no internet anymore ... then you know where it came from

if you need manual setup the dns , then fill in this value and it will always works

Code:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
this are the dns servers of google

then for the ip
because you work behind a router is it useless to use your external ip in there ( will not works , because you switch it to your internal ip and will give a big error if your ports are not open , and the router doesnt allow your ip range of your external ip because it is limited to 192.168.1.X (your internal ip , last number can be up to 99 ) and your external ip doesnt start with 192 or does it ??)

so , then how to be sure all ports are open ??

just put this value in it for the ports

1 - 64553 (not sure of that value , just min value and max value)

then all ports are open for your ip
and you dont need to mess around anymore by finding the right ip

i hope this can help you a little to prevent unwanted problems ??

well , i made a small mistake in my post :P

the 255.255.255.0 is used because your router got 255 ip's to use (internal ip's)

but this works to for wirless , only your speed is a bit slower

i dit it before , hosting a game on my laptop (wirless) and using a other laptop to play on it (was local :P but it worked)

if you are wirless or you are on lan , they are both the same
they got both a intern ip assigned ( 192... ) and the router puts it to your outbound ip

so if you open ports to the right pc , then you get your outbound ip (that get forwarded)
and you can still go local with your intern ip (so your other laptop can still see you)

it doesnt mather if you are wirless or not , it all depends on the settings :P

So, if i manage to open some other ports people would be able to connect? I'll try and see what happens. Well when I made it Non-hama i asked all my friends to try to join even some that lived near me and they weren't able to connect to i thought it wasnt possible.

that are your file settings that are wrong

this is how you need to work to be able to check if you can go non hamachi

first of all , instal wamp or any other program (like my release :P)

start it

when it is started we can start to setup the settings

go to your local ip and see if the website works ( 127.0.0.1 = localhost)

if that works , then you got a website to start from

now the harder works start

go find your external ip ( [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or so to see it on the right )

safe that ip for later use

now go to your router and disable the firewall for 100%
if you got only the option minimum on your firewall , then you probaly have a button that says

DMZ

so put firewall on minimum , find that button (if exists) and activate it for your ip ( 192.168 .. )

if that is done
take your external ip and try to conect to it from your own computer

do you see a webpage , then it works , do you not see a website then lets move on

go to firewall settings and start opening all ports ( 1 - 64553 or so ) so you got all ports open

even ports you dont need , but thats just to make it easy and to get it started

if you dit that , be sure to check that they point to your internal ip ( 192.168. ... )

try again
normal it should work now , because you thell to the firewall to forward everything to you

from that moment , if that works is it time to start setting up your game files and configs

change every ip of 127.0.0.1 to your external ip ( exept database)
and then dont forget to change the client file to to the right server adress and ip

if that is done then every1 can play your game ^^

if still not , check your firewall settings on your computer , disable your virus scanner , disable everything you can disable exept wamp

if it still doesnt works , then there is something wrong or something is blocking everything
and i got no clue what can block it then when everything is open (you got no security anymore)

if it works , then you can start to do some security

as example , if you dint found the DMZ button you need to start open the ports you use for security

if you found the DMZ button , you can put your firewall back on high because it bypass the firewall :P

now you probaly wondering why i ask then to disable firewall when you got the dmz button ??
to be sure that it isnt the firewall that can block ^^

hopes this helps
