Hello
I am using a source that restarts every 30 minutes, how can I remove that?

You find the timer.
You take it out.
I don't think it could be more simplistic.

He did not spam, he told you exactly what was required for it to stop restarting every 30 minutes.

Your looking for a timer, so hit ctrl+f and type Timer, then there will probably be one called Restarter or something similar, find all references to it and remove it.
