ye, That's LT, currently holding 48 users, and detected now. They also have a QQsharp for the TW server, which is exactly the same as LT. The detection rate is around 1 week. Quality depends on champs, yet they do have the most terrible prediction. Evade is decent, orb is smooth. Around 1/4 of total champ pool. I have used it for 2 month, and got me banned 3 times, while having a price of $280 / month.
