First go to C:/ and delete the appserv folder.
Than go to the control panel and then add/remove programs then uninstall it from there.

I said completely, as in no more traces.

upon install, it still searches (and finds) an old path of data. Data that which i need removed =/

That is why you must remove the Appserv folder itself before/after you uninstall it via control panel.

Revo Uninstaller

Great piece of software ;)

Scans registry + files for any remaining traces.

Edit: Oh, you've installed mysql via appserv. Then I wouldn't recommend this as it may remove the appserv package completely.

Steps;
1- Remove the C:\AppServ\Mysql directory.
2- Uninstall the program via control panel.
3- Remove the C:\AppServ\www\phpMyadmin\ directory.

This would leave no traces at all.

Community Installer from mysql.com I presume.

In that case, just use Revo Uninstaller as I previously mentioned, works a treat ;)

Anyways, if Haydz recommends Revo, then that would be the way forward, although personally i would just goto the control panel and remove it that way, im not sure what "path" of data your on about, that sounds alittle....unusual.

Control Panel way leaves traces/files behind while Revo Uninstaller does not.
