neoncube autopatcher failed to get patch.txt

i get this error whenever i open the autopatcher
failed to get patch.txt ( the patchlist )
i searched for a fix online but couldn't find
any help please

I always used the Thor patcher was way more comfortable to use back in time u may wanna check this
