No one is going to release a fully fixed/completed source.

Learn to program and write your own.

Think about it... to 'finish' a server will take HUNDREDS of hours (less depending on level of programing but still.. lots of time) of programming. If you spent that much time on something to make your own server, would you honestly then release it for free to everyone? No, you would run your server like you planned all along! You might sell it but even then it wouldn't be cheap.


Good luck but seriously... learn to do things yourself and you will be alot better off in the long run.
