I think if it's a GM made it wont be in Ini files

you would think they would make event rings bound, but who knows

i remember participating in one of the 2 or 3 events that gave these.

the 1st event i beleive took place before the CM event where you could create your own weapon (where Mo666 and some others got crit stat weapons in CM)
