Is it normal for them to take ages to deliver? So far no response, I'm worried and should I dispute my payment or are they trustworthy ?

Hi all,
After some communication, I'm editing out my original post given I'm working directly with the vendor offline to resolve a verification issue that caused delivery delay. I've been informed it was something on my end that caused the matter.
Obviously everything is a balance of cost, speed and safety, and I appreciate the latter most when assessing or using a product. In the meantime, I have been promised (and will soon receive) a refund.
I will keep everyone posted if anything changes!

I'll wait for like a day then ill file a dispute, hopefully someone responds and actually deliver so I dont have to.... it's insane how every post about them is about huge delays...... like if I knew earlier i wouldn't even buy it. I don't care how good the quality is but more than 2 days delay is not okay

Sorry for misunderstanding you, you mentioned that the discord invite gets sent via email but I didn't get any discord invite at all... I got two emails from them and one is how to complete the payment and the other is how to confirm my account on their website.. none has any discord information, even though i've already purchasedQuote:

Discord details get given on the initial post purchase welcome email. I always mentioned it was sporadic responses, not a complete absence. They only went radio silent (except Oct 5) around the time I asked for an update on device verification and or when I solicited for status on said.

Support moved to another Platform, you'll find the link on discord. Link comes in the delivery mail with your login data. Most verifications are done within 48h, all others come here to complain - as I did before you. This can happen for instance if you are running certain applications when starting the loader. You will get access tho or be refunded. Gator has a quite a userbase on different games you can imagine how many support requests there are any day for him and Hal to get through.
