Hello!! and help plss read!

HELLO TO ALL!:)
and can you help me with my computer problem becuase of this i cant use any cheats...
the problem is i cant browse or save things in my computer, when i click save or browse it just dissapears or it wont open....
pls help me if anyone knows how to solve this prolem thnxx:)
