how to use mysql workbench

well it's obvios i'm facing alot of problems
i can't use workbench
the winmysqladmin was green with navicat but now kt's always red, i can't create a connection for mysql on workbench as it was easy on navicat
is there any tutorial of how to make the server with workbench?

And actually when you install MySQL with the Workbench the connection is already ready for usage.
