Problem with Scheduler !?!

I completely understand scheduler "SMC" but i still can't make it ... it's not working like i want, and i will release this server in these next few days, i will appreciate if someone can help me ...

i just need to make these schedulers

- Roc (Gate of Ruler): every Monday and Thursday at 05:00 PM to 06:00 PM

- Special Trader Shop: everyday at 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM

- Honor Rank Update: everyday at 12:00 PM

- FTW Register Period: everyday except during the "FTW Match"

- FTW Match: every friday at 09:00 PM to 10:00 PM

- FTW Update: every friday at 10:00 PM

- FTW Tax Period: everyday except during the "FTW Match"

- Battle Arena Register: every hour for 10 minutes

- Battle Arena Match: every hour for 15 minutes, starts just after "Battle Arena Register"
