I agree low DPS (around 200k shaper dps) low movespeed, also low HP (around 4k), but HP is fine cuz this build has Anti Ele Ailments, Anti Bleeding & Poison (without Flasks) alot of Ele Dmg Reduce, because of 2x Nebuloch's + 10% from tree, also cap Chaos Res & 90% Phys Reduce. Also lifeleech is very usefull + lifereg + Fortify.

Also using 3 Purity's so I am about 80% Res instead of 75% +Dying sun has -20% Less Dmg Taken of Fire Dmg.

(Full Unique Item Build) made by a friend / only for himself.

I prob can increase the tree of it & maybe get delve rings / +2 Endu on Death's Door ,etc.
Otherwise I can also just skip the Anti Ailments and use it on my Flasks.
So no need for this Belt / Boots / Gloves are fine cuz they also increase the DPS.

I bet you can do Shaper/Elder/Uber Atziri and such stuff but it will probably take forever...

I would probably use a Tectonic Slam / Molten Strike build with 2x Nebulochs or a real cyclone build.
