Buff Cancel Case!

this window pop up when i try to cancel Speed Drug, how can i remove it to make it un cancel able ... to work like Premium or Tickets that can't be canceled

so how can i make the Drug Speed can't be canceled !
i tried with RefObjCommon & RefSkill but no success ... hints please.
