Console Menu design(WIP).

Hello ElitePvper's,


So I finally got some free time off from school and decided to revisit planetside. Now before some of you people go off the deep end and flood my PM box. This is simply a menu that I've designed and will more or less release this code once I've fine tune some of functions. In the end of all this, my hope is to allow users to edit the menu design from a config file generated from first time use. But not only just that but to also to allow resizing and movement of these menus that can be turned on and off by a single command.

Slight update with the console.
  1. I've added full control over mouse and keyboard that plague my last version.
  2. New texture added for style control.
  3. Fully mapped controls. ("exit","minimize/maximize", "Enter", ect).
  4. Massive increase on performance while running the menu.
    -This is due in part of disabling games mouse and keyboard functions,
    which in return takes a ton of CPU usage.

Things that need to be done are,
  1. Adding sub menus (hardest part is making the image :( )
  2. Adding right click controls
  3. Allowing users to play while console is running.

If this week treats me well and my school doesn't overload me with home work this
weekend, I should have a solid beta of the menu available with in the week.

Looks complex nice effort, what hacks are there at the end of it? like the whole job lot?
