i know how to use this but sometimes i get like till 300k exp and then i dont get anything more just the red lines -.-

That means that the bonus exp gained its enough for you to lvl up.
Press to get your bonus exp, and log off... after some time log on, (if you do not have 99.99% kill 1 mob and log off... then log on) ...
There you go ;)

You can use unlimited,
But this is telling you that you have enough bonus xp to make lvl up.
After you make lvl up, start flagship again ;)
