If you're speaking of the Pligea Bypass that I released then no, it will not harm your machine. The worst that can happen is an antivirus scanner will flag them and delete the bypass files themselves due to flagging them as false positives.
If your machine got screwed up in the process, it was 100% something else you downloaded.
