So it is for turkey servers or turkey players and we just need to use a turkish vpn?

It s for turkey servers.I tryed with turkish ip(vpn) and it didn t workd for me

It works on any account. Did it on my region locked GB2 account and it worked. Just had a VPN on and that's all it took.
