<GM> tag possible?

We all know that by pressing /DND and /AFK we get the status AFK and DND

But i have noticed that GM is in the same class of status.

I checked the wow.exe and there they was all 3...<AFK> <DND> <GM>

Would it be possible to change these?

as in changing DND and replace with GM?

Even if it would only be clientside it would be deadly cool ^^

Yes, that's quite easy. Just type /gm in the game, just as /afk and /dnd. Testet it and it works! :)

And don't you think Blizzard is a little more careful with those kind of things?

verständlicheres deutsch:

Wie wir alle wissen kann man durch /dnd oder /afk den dnd bzw afk status bekommen.
Und GM gehört auch zur gleich klasse, also hab ich mir die WoW.exe angeschaut, und tatsächlich, da waren alle 3 (<dnd>, <afk> und <gm>)

Vielleicht kann man das irgendwie ändern? so das man statt zb <dnd> <gm> hat?
auch wenn es nur clientside wär, cool wärs ^^

perhaps it would be possible by editing the wow client, but only you could see it.

in my opinion you need to have a special account-level (like ultima online emulators, privlvl 6 is admin, 4 is gm, 1 is player, 0 is guest) to be able to have a <GM> Tag before your name. no chance for you :)

so any ideas what in the client i must edit? =P

Nope, but if u search for DND long enough and replace it with GM it should work after a few trys
( i'd download the language-pack and search there - easier ^^ )
but why do u want to see <GM> instead of <DND> on everyone anyway? quite useless? o.O" If u want to fake something you can do it with photoshop or on a private server with much less effort

Becouse i like messing arround with the game...so i thought it would be cool if it worked :P take a few screens
