How to change Item names?

Hey, i was wondering how to change the name of the items (i know is in item.dat) but i dont know how to "translate it" into the zts form. Any ideas?
Also, does anyone know how to change this? in which file i mean and where, bc i want it to say OldNosville instead of PortAlveus for example

The translations are in NSlangData.nos.

Just check nslang and search for the string you wanna it would be faster then wait on a answer here but you could ask this too on client modding thread.
