Question about the chance of a skill to work.

Hello everyone, I would like to ask if you guys know what column is we can see the chance a skill would penetrate? For example the sneaker of the job mercenary.. I cannot figure out, I am good with the spec_item but not with the skills. Could you guys help me out?

Look at nProbability & nProbabilityPVP in propskilladd.csv.
