I just learned how to ride a bike, and now I'm ready to pilot a spacecraft.
Where do I start?

I think the main issue is that there's this perceived idea that developing a cheat program is straightforward or linear. TQ changes how they guard against exploits, and keeping up with that involves a lot of reverse engineering and maintenance. Disabling checks that may be a first measure of defense doesn't do much these days, and it requires a lot of precursor knowledge in the community than what's even publicly available. Looking at other projects and targeting your own private server might be the best approach, but it still can't prepare you to develop a cheat program for retail. That's just the nature of the business. Support an existing bot service if cheating is your ultimate goal. Though, that might not even be an option these days (super private now).
