Copy the sql stored procedures especially the ones that contain a function related to items and try again .

Something that you added as an external function is f*****g around and accessing tables when it shouldn't. Check recent scrolls you have added that have external code or something like that.

It's not about lag, it's a problem related to making changes in the items. This might cause all kind of problems, disconnect when trying to move, exchange items, in some cases it might even cause item dupe bug. But I don't think it will cause a lag.

Lag... depends on player base and what exactly you coded there and how u are modifying the table. Problems? Hell yeah : )
