Patch does not communicate with neuz

good afternoon!

I have a problem, I have a filers I'm using to create a server, the problem is that my patch (laucher) does not communicate with neuz,if I open flyff by patch jump it opens normally.

Please elaborate your problems or do step by step screenshot so we can get what you want to say.. Thanks!
