MonsterResource , StringResource and stateresource editing problem

hello

when i tried to change monster level it dose changed but the level number in the game doesn't changed

i tried to change values in StringResource but it dose not change in the game

i tried to make new buff and it works very good but the problem i failed to put a image to the buff


any help would be appreciated

You are resourcing all of the files for the client right?
