I have boughta contabo VPS, and all works fine, but when i connect and play the game i feel delay, so i pinged and it gives 220ms, i think i made a bad invertion?, is there a posibility to reduce that latency? cuz i think its not good for players.

Where do you see this latency on your SMC or when you ping the server?
If you see it on SMC it means that your server isn't powerful enough to handle the game. Try to set higher priority from task manager to most important module or replace your server.
If its when you ping your server ip from your pc than it means you're too far away from the server, like your server in US but you're in Turkey, if that's not the case than it might be network routing problem.
