well since s4 is about to die i've decided to share this

-1-disable secure boot
-2-download wke([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...])
-3-run wke
-4-run s4

I cant start again after bypass. I tried to re install eac but not fixed

Not bad, but if you bypassed once, you have to reboot your PC to bypass again.
