Hello! I'm not sure where to ask this, but how do you train to become a Dev?

I have loads of experience with SQL, HTML coding, CSS coding, and even some Java and about 15 years of experience with Shaiya and playing it.

What can I do to train to become a Dev?

CSS and HTML are considered as the easiest coding languages used mostly for web-developing. You do not need any perfect experience to become a Shaiya developer, all you need is MySQL and nothing else to create a basic Shaiya server. Around elitepvpers are dozens of tutorials how to create server and configure it, use search box, it has purpose to be there.
