When the account have already the country payment, also if you use vpn, proxy or other it does not change
But you can contact support to change country and you must give Identyty card with new country

You'll have to come up with a clear story why your payment flag should be changed. After that support will ask you to provide proof of residence. Once that's done they'll forward your request to the appropriate department and they'll change it within a few days.

Yesterday i create a new account with under Romanian Flag with proxy, and i buy some pachet to try if work, that's work fine, but after i switch the ip into Germany one, the sistem switch autmoatic in Germany payment
