FPS Cap...

Is there a way to get rid of the Fps cap so I get more than 40 fps?

Im running an Nvidia 7800 GT and I seriously doubt it cranks out 40 fps.

I also would like it if you could help me with more performance tweaks,

also, why is it that when I go to play another video game I always D/C from CO?

a double post is the same thing posted twice.

no a double post is when someone annoys other people by not using the "EDIT" button on their post to add something to their post but by adding another post that follows their last post in a way that could be combined together whereas a edited post of the original one would be more useful and will not annoy anyone


EDIT: also i would like a fps controller too so i can slow down my fps because i disconnect alot

also see that i edited my post instead of making another post following this one

if you just run CO in the background it automatically shoots your FPS down to 15 or less.
Most of the time i get 10.
You sure you have enough memory on your computer? That could be why you're DCing alot.
I dont think CO2 needs a very good graphics card to run.
I mean I ran it on a 10 year old compaq.
Im positive it rapes your memory though.
I got 512 on my laptop and its hard to keep CO running.

If you run another game it changes your screen dementions and color settings, so its messes up co. I run radeon 9600 XT till i get my new pci-e card, and i get 39-40 fps.

I have
1GB Ram
200GB HD
AMD Athlon 64 +3500 CPU.. I don't think it's my computer. I've used the search button and there was never a solution.

40 fps is max. Currently there is no fps cap removal.

if anyone can make a fps controller to lower fps i would appreciate it, i know if CO is not the main selected app the fps will slow down to 12-16, but when i play it gets back to 39-40 and makes me dc alot

again someone please give ideas of making a fps controller
