1) You bought from a reseller.
2) The product is up, people have 0 issues, and you are just raging in the Discord.. Sort it our with your reseller first.

I'm not speaking on behalf of others, that is my experience and every solution provided did not solve anything. Banning only because I left a poor review only makes yourself look even more bad.
