need help please! : )

I am using Candy DB and Client I already did all the steps and everything works..but i dont know how to make a account. I tried to use Navicat but when i try to make a new connection I get this error in the picture. how can i fix this? is there any other way?

local host access error commonly fixed by deleting the original and using another one on local host so just delete that one make a new connection name it and click OK then open up ur DB and then you can run the command from the command console

active your WinMSQLAdmin First..

I put ID:root Pass:Rufeng for WinMSQLAdmin

The above links that XxFearReaperXx gave you help with the client. You need to upload the client for people to download it and to begin playing on your server. You can use Megaupload or another but that is the most popular.
