is there a program in upgrade items anywhere instead going in tc or in market i tried the coproxy 1.3 doesnt work anymore?

it was patched so that you no longer can do it anywhere but only near a npc that has ability to repair e.g pharmacist,blacksmith, You can however still repair equipt without taking it off :)
