What are these QTUTORIAL_CH & QEVENT_GUIDE ?!

i believe one of em controlling the pop up windows for the first time, for example that pop up window when u get ur first full zerk with new char, and so...

so please some one tell me what are these two things ?!

actually i was about to disable it, then i said maybe it has a useful usage, so i thought maybe experts can help me to understand what is the usage of em!
