Looking for a server.

Hey guys.

It's been a while since i've posted something on the forums, and it's also been a while since i've played Cabal.

So i'm asking the community if they know a server that wouldn't have rank up quests up to 10/11+. The server rates aren't really important, but i think it would be between 100-500. Or more/less if there aren't any servers in that category of the rates. And please post the country where the server is hosted, couz i don't want serious ping issues.

Doesn't seem like a server/group (one that doesn't advertise here, which as an aside I find hilarious...) would have much trouble doing exactly that. Link some image or video, log ip's & start the bans.
