hello guys. so i wanted to come back to s4 and wanted to have some fun with the files. can i still change the resources with the tool without getting banned?
(changing the file and replacing while in server select etc.)

Nothing bad will happen if u send the server the "md5 hash" of .s4hd file it wants.

Just download privat server files from epvp and try there your stuff.
