There's different HWID ban levels in PUBG (as in other games as well).
If you can bypass your HWID ban by just reinstalling Windows, that's cool.
There's a lot of people where that doesn't work and that's what our spoofer is for.
You can certainly check our other threads showing vouches and happy customers, using our spoofer in other games.

I mean if your spoofer works i don't see why you would need a fresh install of windows? kinda seems like a waste of time tbh.

Read the statement above. There's different level of (PUBG) HWID bans. Some of them can't be lifted by reinstalling Windows. That's what our spoofer is for.
By doing a clean Windows install you get rid of the AC entries/tracer files.
By running our spoofer you change all necessary hardware/network info to prevent the anti cheat from recognizing you as a HWID banned user.

Not that hard to understand I guess.
