Wrong Section Maybe?

Hello I've been playing DO on and off and Ive just got out of collage for summer Vacation, as a side thing I was wondering if anyone can help or direct me to some Files to make my own Privet Server just for the fun of it? Ive looked every where and Im not able to find anything for files or is it not possible to do that anymore?

I dont wanna join existing PS just wanna do something that can occupy me for the next 3 months
