Huge size

Hey, when I log in my friends (in my private sv) watch me as if I was like 50 size, but I see myself normal. i tried to search for size or autjority or game master (it only occuurs if im gm). But nothing. What can I do

login on official servers with the "normal" way (Nostale.exe) then once the update is complete use again your custom client :)

Oh then I did it correctly but still doesnt show properly

Try re-creating the custom launcher with your favorite tool, and try again ?

Is the delirium multilauncher still working?

gidx, c_mode and in packet have been modified. They now have an extra argument, it's a list of booleans separated with pipes : 0|0|0. Just use a packetlogger on the official, whitelist those packets and try to find where it's placed and where it fits
