grand chase korea download problem

hi i have a problem in download the game
some1 told me to log in press game start and it will download and do all the fings automatic (i alrdy have acount that some1 gave me)
so when i press game start it conect and then start install it say:
"?? ??? ?????????" (and i know its becuse i dont have korean in my computer)
what i need to do that it will work?

any1 help me
a day passed and still no enswer?
