Looking for trusted PSC exchanger

I'm looking for someone who can exchange PSC for me. The PSC should mostly be german. But might sometimes be from somewhere else. I will have several PSC's every now and then and need them exchanged to Paypal and or skrill. Post your thread/rate and payout method here in this thread if you can do that.
