[Help] Stamina

Well, Stamina worked perfect till a week ago but now stamina loads up so slow. its normally goes up like every 2 seconds. Now its takes like 10 seconds or so. i checked the character.cs and i changed the that code

if (Action == 250)
                        Stamina += 10;
                    else
                        Stamina += 3; 
to this

if (Action == 250)
                        Stamina += 30;
                    else
                        Stamina += 10; 
i thou it would effect the stamina speed but it didnt. >.> i dunno what thing is causes it but i have to fix it as quick as i can.

Edit: I just noticed that its not just stamina. Everything just slowed down. Like attacking to mobs. It just hits once then all of them kinda frozen. When i click to attack them they moves and frozen again. x.x Everything went pretty much like that.

maybe u changed something in the source or database that has affected this . i'm not a pro at coding so i'm not sure at all . So look at the things u have changed and maybe u will find the solution .
