PserverCMS Problem, please help!

i did all the steps and i did restart the pc but i still see this on the website

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i did reinstall many times, and iam sure i did all the steps perfectly, but i still can't get rid of this page...

U dont have an startpage in the htdocs directory

i even copied to htdocs and i did restart the httpd.exe

but same still.

and i did restart pc aswell, same still

u need to link ur new start page to the index.html
simply edit it with editor

same issue, i did restart the httpd.exe and i did restart the pc, same still
