Boss was born [Doubts]

Anyone know informs me which section of the Shaiya database is registered that a Boss was born. I've been looking for this section to put together a warning that tells you when a boss has just appeared, but I could not find a way to list that the boss is alive.

but does not show it when a boss is dead, does not have a schedule that shows exactly that a boss is born
