Memory Read detectable?

are memory read detectable (or can be detectable) and can cause a ban? I know writes can be detected but I don't know about reads.

I am writing a bot and I use imagesearches and stuck at one thing which cannot be solve with imagesearch. So I am forced to use memory read. So I wanted to ask before I risk a ban :D

Detectable definetly. There are a couple ways to detect Memory
Read especially if you work in Kernelmode ( Ring 0 ).
