Been playing a bit of Descent of Dragons but didn't pre-order this time. Not much has changed. 14.000 Dust from Standard duplicates available (no card has been dusted, waiting for Hall of Fame) and around 30k dust still in Wild cards.
Currently playing Galakrond Highlander Rogue but all top decks are easily craftable (~cost around 2-3k dust each class)
Asking price 400. Bank or personal pick-up or delivery possible (I live in Vienna)

The total dust, I have calculated all cards which could be disenchanted from Wild format and Golden copies of Standard cards is a little over (now:)47.000. A few Standard golden cards are needed (3 Legendaries) but in total you will have 10.000 dust from the golden copies. That should leave the buyer with around 41.000 dust to mess with without hurting the collection. The buyer will have enough dust to sustain himself for a year without spending any additional money at all.
In any case,
you will be able to craft every single meta deck out there. At the same time.
Personally, I have played the following "meta" decks this expansion, you will be able to find all of them on hsreplay.
